Anybody special you’d like to thank?

I want to take a moment to thank my family members, friends, and trainers for all of the love and support that they gave me.

How did you get started in Bodybuilding?

I have always enjoyed exercising for as long as I can remember and have always been physically active. Even when I was not in my best shape, I was always training and becoming better aware of health and fitness, setting higher goals for myself and trying to learn new things about my mind and body along the way within the sport. Competing in figure has brought me to a new level of understanding myself. My motivations for competing have grown and my love of the lifestyle holds true. While the demands of competing do require a great deal of sacrifice and discipline making it incredibly challenging, this is what makes it so rewarding for me.

What has been your most memorable experience to date competing in the NPC?

Competing at the Gold's Classic and winning second place.

What are some of the attributes that make you successful

Definitely my dedication, my discipline, my positive outlook, and my ability to endure.

What type of training approach do you utilize?

I believe that strength training, cardio, and nutrition are key in creating a strong mind, body, and spirit.

What type of dieting approach do you utilize?

I would described my diet as very strenuous or "Hard Core"
