What are your competitive goals in 2010 and beyond?
I would like to qualify for a National show, and maybe one day step on stage at
the Masters Nationals.
How did you get started in Bodybuilding?
I had just started training with my old trainer in 2005. I was dieting down for
my wedding, and I was about 7 months into training, and my body was changing so
drastically to the diet and training program, my old coach brought up the fact he
thought I could do well if I entered a figure competition. So I ordered a suit,
and away I went.

Anybody special you'd like to thank?
Yes! My husband Michael for supporting me fully, and putting up with the dieting,
as well as helping me cook, and weigh my food. My Family, while they don't understand
it, they support me.
My friend Jason Adams for interviewing me for his blog and helping me anyway he
can to promote myself.
My trainer PJ Braun, for pushing me to be the best I can be, and putting up with
my craziness-LOL, and my "Twinnie" Jillian Reville.
Jillian is my main support system and go to girl. I love this girl for all she is
and all she does for me! She is the greatest friend anyone can ask for! She is a
professional, and is the eptiome of hard work and dedication in this sport. She
is my inspiration! She is going to have those letters IFBB in front of her name
soon, and I cant wait to watch her do it!
