• Many competitors want candid photos of themselves indoor/outdoors. Spending countless hours in the gym and dieting takes real discipline. Depending on our resources, we can do a brief photo shoot.
  
  
• In exchange for your time, we will send you a digital CD of the best pictures from the photo shoot. These will be 120-250k in size and are to be used for personal use only (good for 4x6 prints)!! Only slight touch-ups in Photoshop will be made. Additional photo enhancements will incur a fee.



• Any commercail use by the Models will have to be negotiated. All pictures will have a copyright mark on them.



• To be fair, all pictures we take will not be used for commercial purposes on our site unless agreed upon by both parties. We may use the pictures for demoing a style/ technique or showcasing in a gallery, but the proofs/prints will not be for sale.



• It is the responsibility of the competitor to come prepared with all necessary outfits and accessories.

        Are you tired of the same boring poses you do over and over again on stage? Well, we'd like to try something different. There are 24 hours in a day: 12 hours of day and 12 hours of darkness. Everybody shoots during the day so we decided to shoot in the darkness! Is it art or is it science? Or is it art-science? In the cloak of darkness, what you don't see may be more interesting than what you do see!

• For women: May be erotic and seductive.



• Just like the Normal Photo Shoot, in exchange for your time, we will send you a CD of the photo shoot.          Depending on want you want, we can tailor the shoot. Fees apply depending on what is involved. Typically, this photo shoot is intended for commercial purposes. The user can use the pictures in any commercial fashion, but cannot take credit for taking them.

• An hourly rate will apply, due at the time of the shoot.



• You will be entitled to the raw (1.5 megs - 2.8 megs) jpeg pictures in the photo shoot. Minimal amount of adjustment will be made to the pitures.



• The pictures are licensed to the user for a given point in time. All proceeds are kept by the person paying the fee(s).



• Files Marketing Inc. retains the copyright to all the pics.



• We will not put a copyright mark on the pictures.



• If you want to own the copyright, we can negotiate a mutual agreement before the shoot.

         Like any ongoing business, the purpose is to generate revenue - more importantly profits. On the other hand, we respect the privacy of our models who may not want their portfolio shown.

As a result of the photo shoot there will be pictures that are universally pleasing to a wider audience. Since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we would like to like to showcase a variety of the shots.

After we send you the CD, we'll ask you if you want to sell any of the pictures on our site. All pictures will be prints with our copyright.

If we can display more than 25 pictures, we will setup a page (s) showcasing your pictures. Feel free to supply any verbiage. One link to any external site and one email will be allowed.

The pictures will be up for at least 6 months.

In this respect, both parties can further their endeavors!
